The fitness gym at VedicSpaResorts at Villa Lucia is housed in our unique outdoor gym cabana in the villa grounds with stunning views of Monte Zano and the Alpe Alpuane.

Our range of equipment offers a Treadmill, Elliptical Cross Trainer, Exercise Bikes, Fitness Versaball Gym ball, DKN Vibration Trainer and Power Plate, Abs Crunch Trainer, Weights and Stepper.

DKN technology is a revolutionary way to get a great workout. Your muscles are forced to constantly adjust to the vibration to maintain balance and a 15 minute session can produce the same benefits as an hour long regular workout.
