JOGGING & WALKING


Walking and jogging are two of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness, burn calories, tone the muscles and improve flexibility in the joints. Even mild yet sustained exertion will make heart and lungs function more efficiently, reducing blood pressure and the resting heart rate. Both activities are great stress relievers.

Our properties in Italy and Morocco are located in beautiful natural landscapes crisscrossed with trails. Walks and partial runs of half an hour to two hours can be enjoyed, depending on fitness levels.

In Tuscany, a walking ascent of Monte Zano takes 45 minutes to an hour along a scenic woodland trail up to an elevation of 459m. Jogging back down provides a further 40 minutes of aerobic activity.
