Spa Health Manager
Our Spa Health Manager has many years of experience in the health industry. She is a fully qualified massage therapist and has trained in weight management, nutrition and circuit training.
Exercise Specialist
Our Exercise Specialist has a certificate in Sports Coaching and is head coach at the local Sports Development centre. He is a specialist in Aqua-Gym exercise techniques and Core Stability.
Personal Trainer
Our Personal Trainer is a member of the Italian Olympic National Committee (CONI) and Association of Italian Personal Trainers (AIPT). He has 13 years of experience of working with people of all fitness levels and runs his own studio in Lucca.
Massage Therapist
Our Massage Therapists are talented body therapists specialising in Western and Oriental massage techniques. They also have additional experience in Hot Stone massage therapies and deep relaxation techniques.
Beautician
Our Beautician is a fully certified therapist with over 10 years experience within the beauty industry and ran a successful treatment salon in Lucca until recently. She is trained and fully certified in IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) therapy.
Chef/Nutritionist
Our Chef/Nutritionists have a degree in Health and Nutrition and are active members of the Italian Slow Food Movement.
